Why do we use objects instead of IDs when linking a StarshipPart to a Starship in Doctrine?

Doctrine uses objects to handle relationships and takes care of the boring details, like inserting IDs for us.

Objects are cooler than numbers.

Using objects gives us automatic memory release.
