• Purchase a gift card and you'll instantly receive a downloadable pdf to share with your recipient.
• To use the gift card the recipient will just add a subscription or course to their cart and apply the gift card code at checkout (no card required if the gift card completely covers the cost of their order).
• Subscriptions will renew automatically as long as there are available funds on the card. For example, a $49.98 gift card will allow the user to receive a 2 month individual subscription access.

Terms and Conditions Fine Print

Redemption

The SymfonyCasts Gift Cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on symfonyCasts.com. Purchases are deducted from the SymfonyCasts Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's SymfonyCasts account when redeemed. If an order exceeds the amount of the SymfonyCasts Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method. SymfonyCasts may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of SymfonyCasts Gift Cards that they purchase.

Limitations

SymfonyCasts Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for SymfonyCasts Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a SymfonyCasts Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. But, in the unlikely event that something like that happens please do write to us.

Fraud

SymfonyCasts will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained SymfonyCasts Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on symfonyCasts.com.

Limitation of Liability

KnpLabs US LLC dba SymfonyCasts makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to SymfonyCasts gift cards, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a SymfonyCasts gift code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such SymfonyCasts gift card. certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to SymfonyCasts Gift Cards in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $7,500 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Kent County, Michigan, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

SymfonyCasts Gift Cards are issued by KnpLabs US, LLC. When you purchase, receive or redeem a SymfonyCasts Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these SymfonyCasts Gift Card terms and conditions. SymfonyCasts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
