I ran into an issue where the downloaded course code does not include the database migrations. So
symfony:deploygenerated this error:I got past this by manually creating a '/migrations' directory at the project root and then running
symfony console make:migration.I then committed that change and re-ran
symfony deployand it worked great.Hey @CDesign ,
Thanks for reporting it! Indeed, this course does not have migrations because in the README, we recommend creating DB and schema with plain Doctrine commands. But I see the problem because we're talking about deploying to Platform.sh in this course. It seems Platform.sh now requires that the
migrations/folder be present in the root dir. Though I wonder if the empty folder will be enough, you probably don't even need to have any migrations there?I will add an empty
migrations/migration folder to this course project code to make the deploy smoother.Cheers!

You are correct. I tried replacing the migration with a blank .gitignore file, and that works fine. So as long as the
migrationsfolder exists, platform.sh is happy. It does report a warning, but not an error. Thx!Hey @CDesign ,
